Paperwork: Red Kite issues contract paperwork quickly, easily and in a paperless manner. This allows our new hires to simply e-sign from their phone or laptop, and automatically stores all contracts in the Cloud, for easy retrieval when required. Our contracts are all IR35 and GDPR compliant.

 

Induction: We make sure all our new starts are fully and properly inducted for their day 1. We ensure all laptops, security passes and clearances are fully completed before issuing on-boarding meeting invites with client team.

 

Support: Our consultants will act as Account Managers during your tenure with Red Kite. This means we can assess performance, revert back with ongoing feedback and help mitigate any issues before they arise.

 

Payment: Red Kite fully realises that contractor payment schedules are one of the most important issues for any day rated contractor. We pay our contractors quickly and on-time, as per the contracted schedule. However, we are also flexible and can help by fast-tracking payments to contractors where initial set-up or travel expenses have been incurred, to assist with cash flow.

 

Continuity: Red Kite is always seeking longevity of relationship with our Contract Associates. We will work with you and our clients to agree timely contract extensions. Where a project is due to come to a natural end, we will work with you to discuss deployment to another suitable project / client engagement.
